With the new Batman movie in the works, The Dark Knight Rises, Warner Brothers announced yesterday that Oscar-nominated Anne Hathaway will play the part of Catwoman. Mr.Freeze is a villain from the DC Comics franchise. He is one of Batman’s many enemies. Dr Fries also known as Mr.Freeze was a cryogenics scientist who while attempting to save his terminally ill wife got into an industrial accident. After the accident, in order to survive, he had to wear a cryogenic body suit which allowed him to commit many crimes. He also had a cold gun which he would use to freeze people in order to commit these crimes. With Superman being one of the more popular DC Comics superheroes, I have decided to make Superman my focal point of my next comic book post. Superman was born on planet Krpton and was rocketed to planet Earth by his father Jor-El. He was discovered by a farmer and his wife and was raised as Clark Kent. He worked as a reporter for the Daily Planet newspaper. Superman was usually referred to as “The Man of Steel” and possessed superhuman abilities.
