For the longest time, one of my best sources of inspiration has been web design galleries. My favourite being The FWA: Favourite Website Awards which was founded in 2000. The FWA showcases the most cutting edge website designs. Since then there have been many web design galleries that have been popping up. Thanks for great list of sites, it is pretty helpful to a website with a good CSS Design to submit it to these sites.
Many of these sites are almost dead as they are not updated regularly. There are many other sites like http://minimalistgallery.com which is updated regularly with great sites.
