Beautiful abundance of PSD files, thank you for taking the time to assemble them. On a sidenote, I would like to mention that the red medical cross on white background, as simple as it seems, is actually copyrighted. Just a small heads’ up as I had tried myself to submit a red cross design to a microstock agency, and they had to decline it for that reason. A white medical cross against a red background should however be ok.

Each PSD may have a different licensing agreements, you will have to check the licensing agreements (if any) of each PSD to make sure you can use them both for personal and commercial use.
